Your data and how to delete it

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, including your order details and any messages you've sent us by email, website chat, Facebook Messenger or Instagram. To make a request, email help@sharkleathers.com.au with the subject "Data request" from the email address you used with us, or include your Facebook or Instagram name if you contacted us there.

We'll confirm we've received your request within 5 business days and complete it within 30 days. Some records, such as invoices and order history, have to be kept for tax and legal reasons (usually 5 years); if anything has to be kept, we'll tell you what and why. Deleting your data doesn't affect any order you've already placed.
