How do I know which Bitubo shock fits my bike?

Pick your make, model and year in the finder above and we only show parts listed for that bike. Each product also shows the bike, years and type code it fits. If you're not sure, call us on (07) 5573 5118 and we'll confirm the fit before you order.

Do Bitubo shocks come with a spring?

Yes. Bitubo shocks come complete with a spring at Bitubo's standard rate for your bike. Heavier riders, or riders who often carry a pillion, may want a different rate. Replacement rates are in our Bitubo shock springs range.

What's the difference between a fork cartridge and fork springs?

Fork springs change how much your forks hold you up, so they're about your weight and load. A fork cartridge replaces the damping inside your existing forks, which controls how they move over bumps and under braking. Many riders start with springs and add cartridges later.

Do I need a steering damper?

A steering damper calms headshake when the front wheel goes light, for example accelerating hard over bumps. It's popular on sport and naked bikes. Most dampers fit with a mounting kit made for your bike, so pick your bike in the finder to see what's listed for it.

Can Bitubo suspension be serviced?

Yes. We stock Bitubo service kits, seals, valves, shims and tools in our Bitubo service parts range. Regular servicing keeps the damping working as it should.
